Description

Crispy, cheesy, and baked to perfection — this cheese-cracker-crusted chicken is a weeknight family favorite.

Ingredients

Scale

4 boneless chicken breasts

2 cups cheese crackers, crushed

2 eggs, beaten

1/2 cup all-purpose flour

1/2 tsp garlic powder

1/2 tsp paprika

Salt and pepper to taste

Cooking spray

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with a wire rack.

2. Crush cheese crackers and mix with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.

3. Dip chicken in flour, then eggs, then cracker mix — press gently.

4. Place on rack, spray tops with cooking spray.

5. Bake for 20–25 minutes or until chicken reaches 165°F and coating is crisp.

6. Let rest 5 minutes before serving.

Notes

For extra flavor, add parmesan to the cracker mix.

Works great with thighs or tenders too.

Store leftovers in an airtight container up to 3 days.
