1 lb chicken tenders or breasts
2 cups Cheez-Its (original cheddar)
2 large eggs
Salt, pepper, garlic powder (optional)
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
2. Crush Cheez-Its into fine crumbs using a zip-top bag and rolling pin or food processor.
3. In a shallow bowl, beat the eggs. Season the chicken with salt, pepper, and garlic powder if using.
4. Dip each piece of chicken into the egg, then coat it in the Cheez-It crumbs, pressing gently to help them stick.
5. Place chicken on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 15–18 minutes until golden brown and fully cooked.
