Description
Crispy baked chicken cheez made with cheddar crackers. A family favorite that’s quick, cheesy, and full of flavor.
Ingredients
2 boneless chicken breasts
2 cups Cheez-Its, crushed
1 egg, whisked
1/2 tsp garlic powder (optional)
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet.
2. Crush Cheez-Its into crumbs.
3. Cut chicken into tenders or strips.
4. Dip each piece into egg, then coat in crumbs.
5. Place on baking sheet and bake for 20–25 minutes.
Notes
Add paprika or cayenne to egg for spice.
Swap in gluten-free cheese crackers if needed.
Serve with ranch, ketchup, or honey mustard.
